Made from two different kinds of feather; stripy brown ones, and almost white ones with a reddish tip.
They are secured with crimping beads to very strong waxed black thread used by shoe makers.

Tie it in your hair, to your belt or bag, hang in your home...or give yourself a moment of sheer bliss and dance with it :}
