I make brand new -unreserved- stuff constantly. (I am krazee prolific). It just sells out right away (yay!) I post a big batch about every 10 days.

People always ask “Why is everything Reserved?”
Well, I have been selling my creations on etsy for the past 5 years, and gotten such a loyal following. (yay! I love you guys!) My sweaters tend to get snapped up as soon as I post them. The items you see are on layaway for folks who needed a little extra time to get the $$ together.
If YOU want your very own Katwise sweater, the best way to get one is to come to my shop exactly when I am posting new stuff. Each week or so I do a BIG posting with tons of new designs, and NOTHING IS RESERVED. It is like the giant sweater piñata breaks open, and you just have to grab whatever sings your name.

About my Sweaters:
I started making recycled patchwork hoodies 20 years ago, while I was a wee gypsy girl, following the Grateful Dead. Since then my style has evolved and grown into this sweatery maddness. If you look at my sold listings you can see how they continue to morph and grow with each passing month.
I take a lot of pride in the quality of my sweaters. I am endlessly scouring thrift stores for the loveliest knits. My sweaters are cozy, flattering, and will never unravel. I use a top-of-the-line serger to make tight seams which I then hand finish. These confections are built to keep you bright and warm through years of rambling.
We live in such a mindless, consumer society these days. I want my clothes to be the antidote to that. They are 100% recycled, and 100% original.

My name is Kat. I am a crazy-yet-calm hitchhiker girl who has circled the globe too many times to count. I have always found new ways to thrive on my art and costumes. I strive to infuse everything I do with a sense of celebration. It is my hope that you put on something I make and feel some of that spirit coming through.
